I have loaded into Alfresco a location map of the summit of Axial Volcano with our preliminary buoy, geo nodes, and hydro node sites connected by cable runs that take into consideration seafloor terrain. Cable route distances are indicated. The MASE buoy is a little south of where the NeMO buoy used to be, but still is as far away from the NeMO instrument sites as it used to be. Geo node 1 is located at a NeMO benchmark and BPR site, and the Hydro node at their RAS site. Several of the geo nodes are outside the caldera in regions we hope to map with the AUV this summer, but are covered by EM300 data. Positions of the preliminary node locations are as follows:
